Terms and Conditions

In appreciation of your time, the resort has extended this highly discounted one-time promotional price. Other than the 90 to 120-minute resort preview, there are no other obligations. The resort preview is designed to be exciting and informative, allowing you to learn all about the resort facilities, amenities and the area surrounding the resort.

  • Participant(s) must attend and complete a courteous 90 to 120 minute resort preview.
  • Participant(s) must be married or cohabitation and both partners must attend the sales presentation together (cohabitation couples must provide proof of same address).
  • Participant(s) must between the ages of 30-67. Single women between the ages of 30 and 67 qualify as well.
  • Must be a citizen OR permanent resident of the United States or Canada (residents from the province of Quebec do not qualify).
  • Participants must be gainfully employed full-time or retired meet an annual combined household income of 50,000 USD per year.
  • Two forms of identification are required for check-in: Valid driver’s license, Passport, state or province issued ID and a valid major credit card ( Visa, Mastercard or American Express).
  • A debit Visa or MasterCard is not accepted as a major credit card.
  • Hospitality, travel agents, airline, or vacation ownership industry employees are excluded from this offer.
  • This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or for use with another vacation ownership week. Only one promotional package per family.
  • Group traveling on similar or exact travel dates is not permitted. Extra rooms may be available for family and friends at a discounted rate, however only one party will receive the discounted package price.

The terms and conditions have been set forth by the resort developer; Bargains on Resorts holds no discretion over the eligibility requirements. If Bargains on Resorts believes the participant has misinformed us in regards to their qualifications we do hold the right to cancel any reservation before the arrival date. All of the offers on Bargains on Resorts can only be used once, regardless of time between vacations.

In the event is informed by the hotel or resort developer that either your selected travel have become unavailable, reserves the right to offer substitute accommodations of equal or greater value, or alternative touring location if available.

You acknowledge and agree that shall be entitled to establish the authenticity of any communication transmitted to it by way of or otherwise through the Internet which purports to emanate from you. You agree that all instructions, consents, commitments, reservations and any other communications which purport to emanate from you and which are sent to by way of or otherwise through the Internet and which may (as a result of, inter alia, interception, equipment malfunction, the distortion of communication links or any other reason whatsoever) be different from the details actually sent or given, or may not have been given by you at all, shall be deemed to have been given by you in the form and content actually received by and you will be bound by such details with no liability of whatever nature attaching to in connection thereto. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions please do not use the website.

You waive all rights you have or may have or otherwise obtain against arising directly or indirectly from any loss or damage of whatsoever nature which you may suffer as a result of the fact that acts on your instructions or instructions purported to emanate from you. You hereby agree to indemnify against all and any claims, liabilities, losses, costs, fines, damage and expenses incurred (whether directly or indirectly), arising as a result of the fact that has acted on your instructions or instructions which purport to emanate from you.

Rescheduling will be considered timely if it is handled according to the reschedule timeline below.

If you need to reschedule or change your reservation you must do so at a minimum of 14 days prior to arrival. We understand that emergencies may arise, or you may just end up needing a more convenient date than the one you originally chose. That’s why Bargains on Resorts offers a flexible rescheduling policy.

As long as you call us at least 14 days prior to your arrival date, we can reschedule your stay at no additional charge (as long as new dates do not have any surcharges). Any changes made inside of this 14 day window prior to your scheduled arrival will incur a fee. Please note that if you don’t give us at least 14 days notice prior to your arrival dates, you will incur a fee and your package will be changed to an open-dated package and will expire 18 months from the time of your purchase. All change requests are based solely on hotel room availability.

Bargains on Resorts pre-purchases our rooms from partnering resorts/hotels, and understands there may be situations in which you can’t reschedule your trip and must cancel. Bargains on Resorts gives you a 10 day grace period from the time you purchase if you have book dates. You have a 30 day grace period on open dated packages. However, unless you purchased trip insurance, your package is NON-REFUNDABLE after the cancellation period has expired. If you purchase trip Insurance, you may cancel up to 10 days prior to your arrival date. If insurance is denied but you need to cancel your dates, the value of your package will be credited towards a future vacation minus any cancellation/rescheduling fees.

When you make a reservation for someone else through this website, we will request personal information and travel preferences about that individual. However any individual who provides information to us (Bargains on Resorts) or attending a vacation with another party is allowed to alter their information at anytime.

We work diligently to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts the information that you input. When you visit our site, our website is able to automatically recognize version of web browser, ip address, and the point and time of your visit. However, we are not able to recognize your personal contact information or email address, only your the state and general area in which you are calling from. We are not able to collect your street address, email or any additional personal information about you from your ip address.

Third Party Data Sharing:
In some cases your information or data would be shared with third companies for tracking and research purposes only. Google Analytics is a tool used to track and save consumer data such as gender, age range and geographical location. Other rates apply for other room categories. Rates are higher on Friday/Saturday and holidays. Holidays include but are not limited to the following: Spring Break, Fourth of July week/weekend, Memorial Day week/weekend, Labor Day week/weekend, Thanksgiving week, Christmas week and New Years week.

Rates are per night plus tax (Paid to the Resort) and the number of rooms available at these rates is limited. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply. Reservations must be made 14 days prior to your arrival and are subject to availability. Errors will be corrected where discovered. Any rate changes are subject to the dates selected and not part of the advertisement relating to these products and services. If you do not have dates in mind but still want to want to lock in the rate of this limited time promotion, you can pre purchase without having to lock your dates in today. This process allows you to take your vacation when it's convenient for you. We allow 18 months from the time of purchase to book your reservations. You may book your reservations as far as 6 months out but we do need at least 14 day’s in advance to book the reservations. Once you have purchased the open dated package, this will give you time you need to make arrangements and plan the perfect vacation.
